چکیده

Objectives: Infections of sterile body fluids are important and significant causes mortality morbidity, especially healthcare-associated infections. Species-level identification antimicrobial resistance profile bacteria determinants while selecting appropriate antimicrobials for empirical targeted therapy. We conducted this study to observe the distribution various their isolated from fluids. Materials Methods: in a tertiary care teaching hospital western Uttar Pradesh period 2 years. All fluid samples were processed by conventional aerobic bacterial culture followed up species level biochemicals following standard microbiological procedures. The susceptibility pathogens grown was tested Kirby–Bauer disk diffusion method interpretation testing done according CLSI guidelines 2020. Results: A total 1980 collected during 192 found positive on pathogens. Gram-negative bacilli (GNB) predominantly comprising 83.33% comparison 16.67 % Gram-positive cocci. Among Staphylococcus aureus isolates, 75% methicillin-resistant S. . isolates sensitive against vancomycin linezolid. GNB, 25% extended-spectrum beta-lactamase producers 62.5% carbapenemase producers. GNBs colistin. Conclusion: From study, we concluded that pathogenic implicated infections multidrug-resistant. There is huge variation data patterns different geographical locations healthcare settings. Thus, particular setting treatment setting.
